"If you think hiring professionals legendary Texas Oil Field Fire Fighter “Overpricing is the single largest Introducing our World-Class Vendor-PartnersMinimizing Client Risk in an Inherently Risky Business Paradigm has selected an outstanding group of vendor-partners who, like us, are committed to achieving superior results through an extra level of communication and well- planned processes. Striving for transparency in all that we do, all other partner classes and the public should know that, in addition to success in their respective service areas, Paradigm Management has long-standing peer and professional relationships with the principals of these vendor-partners.
Fidelity Residential Solutions (FRS) Many of you know that I formerly led what is now known as Lender Portfolio Services (Asset Management), formerly Fidelity National Asset Management Solutions for five years ending in January 2004. At my departure, the company was positioned as the dominant REO outsource company with a commanding lead in total assets. And of course, Fidelity is the largest, through its five title brands, of US National title insurance companies. Suzan Wright, Suzie, worked directly for me at FGB Realty Advisors, Inc. and The Money Store as Title and Closing Manager, and while there are other title providers, there is no other provider of these services that has worked shoulder-to-shoulder with me and who will, no doubt, work with exceptional enthusiasm to help fulfil our joint commitment to the best execution for our clients. Spectrum Field Services, Inc. Spectrum Field Service and Alan Bunker have provided exceptional, hand-tailored solutions in support of many of the default loan servicing and REO operations I have managed over the years. In particular, Alan, his executive manager, Kris Katoa and I worked together to create a unique and specialized REO Sales, property preservation and reporting system for the Asset Forfeiture Division of the U.S. Marshall's Office operating under the U.S. Justice Department. The contract which was jointly developed by Spectrum and FNAMS provides consistency in the adminstration, accounting, asset preservation and liquidation of forefeited assets which had formerly been managed out of the offices of the 19 United States Marshals who are appointed and serve at the direction of the President. Alan, Kris and I, in two extended visits to Puerto Rico, trained and developed the first extended network of qualified property preservation vendors, suppliers and real estate brokers in that area that quickly allowed for the accelerated dispostion of some long on the market real estate. Property titles, I might add, are delivered first in Spanish and then a few weeks later, in English as has been the custom in Puerto Rico. Although this contract was not the largest nor the most profitable for either Spectrum or FNAMS, it provides evidence of tenacity and perseverance uncommon in our business niche among business partners. In the national property preservation and maintenace business which has had a checkered history, Alan Bunker and Spectrum offer professionalism and uncommon cooperation to the achievement of the goals of its clients. 220 East Morris Ave, Suite 400Salt Lake City, Utah 84115 1-800-700-1701 Email: info@spectrumfsi.com Website: www.spectrumfsi.com
The Endres Law Firm Before the move to national vendor solutions, transactional legal services, such as an action to recover possession after a foreclosure sale, was ordered, delivered and prosecuted on the local level by local counsel.David Endres and his firm have provided quality, timely and courteous legal representation,on both the local and national level, to various servicing and REO operations under my management for over 10 years. None of the traditional benefits of national eviction outsourcing, and they are formidable: tighter time-frames, lower over-all transaction costs, superior reporting and data transfer, the involvement of an additional set of "legal" eyes offering further insulation from claim (for outsourcer and client) would have meaning for me unless David had established himself as an uncommon service provider, problem-solver and business manager committed to simplifying business flow and procedure. Paradigm, perhaps unique among its REO outsource/asset management competitors fully embraces the benefits of outsourcing to proven, established service providers, like David Endres and his firm, when supported by clear and unambigous performance requirements and service delivery obligations. The elimination of duplicative processes and reporting among and between Paradigm and its vendor-partners reduces channel drift, miscommunication, delay and confusion, and when property monitored offers the clearest path to the best, simplest and most cost-effective execution. In this instance, instead of KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) we would suggest KISP (Keep It Simple Partner). 2121 2nd Street Suite C-105Davis, CA 95618 Phone: 530-750-3700 Fax: 530-750-3344 | 530-750-3366 Website: www.dre-apc.com
InsideValuation and Barry Bates Although I have never previously engaged InsideValuation (it is new company)as a client, I worked very closely with Barry Bates while we were both heading up significant and related departments of The Money Store at a time just before its sale when TMS was the largest US subprime lender. Barry was the Chief Appraiser and I, the Default Servicing Manager responsible for all 90 day plus accounts, foreclosures, bankruptcies and REO, some 23,000 accounts in all. Barry's new company is, in my view, the most exciting development in the evolving, and now "just in time", valuation predicitive and diagnostic products which bridge the gap between automated and asset specific information to arrive at reliable, market driven conclusions about value. In the administration of REO assets, initial list pricing by the seller or outsourcer is the most costly inefficiency that plagues the channel and often resolves itself in a decision to auction an asset when "right pricing' at the outset would have garnered a market sale. In addition to the normal accreditations and licenses, Barry"s company is a leader in offering collaborative products which seek to fill specific valuation needs for a variety of non-regulated after-market investors and regulated risk-owners attempting to determine hold or sell strategies. 245 East Liberty Street, Suite 240Reno, NV 89501 Phone: 775-828-4044 Fax: 775-562-2624 Email: fmurphy@insidevaluation.com | info@insidevaluation.com Website: www.insidevaluation.com
