If the selection of the local REO broker is, in fact, the single most important determinant of the success of an individual REO execution, then such decision should be determined only by the senior management of the client or outsourcer. At Paradigm Default Services, LLC, broker-partner approvals, assignments, assignment levels, re-activations and de-activations can only be approved by three of the highest level employees. Even Senior Asset Managers cannot add or remove broker-partners. In this manner, Paradigm believes that enterprise level goals are best achieved free of vendor influence and thereby practically eliminating many of the bases for conflicts of interest in competing organizations.
