Paradigm is currently recruiting the following positions Broker/Vendor Manager: This is a key position dedicated to meeting the needs and answering the questions of national broker- partners. Interest and experience in residential real estate necessary. Commitment to answering all email and phone messages from broker clients within 24 hours. The Best Local REO Professionals are our lifeblood! This senior level position reports to the CEO. Outsource Manager: (Denver office) handling the day-to-day operations of outsource functions: National Valuations, National Title Clearing and Closing, National Accounting and Broker Reimbursement. This is a Senior Level Position reporting directing to the COO. Sr Asset Managers: (Remote and Denver) Must have a real estate license in the state where you reside. Working from home, Senior Asset Managers will be responsible for a portfolio of 150-250 REO properties. Laptop, printer, fax and telephone provided. Individual must be creative and responsive to broker and client partners, recognizing regional differences and with a firm understanding on real estate fundamentals and a honed focus on motivating exceptional performance and strict adherence to time-lines. Salary plus bonus based on success and experience. Aged inventory penalties. Pre-Marketers: (Remote and Denver) Must have a real estate license in the state where you reside. Experience in residential real estate useful. Follow up on assignments and prep files for Asset Managers. Follow up on monthly status reports, photos, values and business plans. Organized and diligent with consistent follow up and the ability to problem solve. Quality Control Manager: This position is the chief compliance officer to ensure that all client deliverables are being maintained, systems are maintained and the Company is meeting the expectations of its clients and that its broker-partners are in compliance with all property related deliverables--- signs in place, homes and yards maintained, properties listed on the MLS. Through internal staff, works to improve service delivery and through a Client Manager, presents reports and validation of Company deliverables. This key individual chart trends, performance spikes and recommend enhancements to consistently exceed expectations. This position reports to the COO.
