How Can It Be Done?

Paradigm assesses a one time initiation and application fee of $1,500. This non-refundable application fee offsets the cost of detailed processing to include: reference checks, real estate licensing and complaint history, civil litigation reports and verification of professional liability insurance coverage. Additionally, we allocate a portion of the application and recertification fees to fund in part, and an on going basis, and an independent quality control program.

Lastly, application and recertification fees allow Paradigm to offset the cost of delivering its value proposition for Broker-partners.

Do the math: The application and recertification fees allow us to hold the line on referral fees to no more than 1%.
